It's a bit early to say as we dont have any details on SSB yet, but since the announcement I havent even considered SSB 3DS. The only reason I'd get the handheld version is if something was significantly different (aka Mario Kart).
Also am I the only one who gets serious hand cramp playing certain games on 3DS? I just cant imagine playing SSB for more than a couple of minutes without experiencing pain! The Wii U version will definitely be the way to go for me
