I wanna say they were acquired by one of the last Crash releases for PS1 or by the time PS2 released. Saddest thing ever was that they didn't get to keep the Crash title from Activision :(

Activision should sell it back to them as they aren't doing ANYTHING with it. Unless they plan on revamping hte IP ala Spyro/Skylanders style.
