Ok cool but I would be concerned about new Ips as well. Look at gears of war for instants Microsoft does not own the ip, but you can bet your
money that gears of war will stay an xbox exclusive. Microsoft probably doesn't even have to make a deal with epic. Epic can just make it exclusive
and know its going to do well, without microsoft having to give them more cash. So thats the thing once a game is exclusive as time goes on
microsoft probably dont have to spend any more money. As the developer will know this game will sell well on Xbox. Dead rising is an example
of a game I think came to the ps3 but it is looked as an Xbox game because it came to Xbox 360 first and sold well. Capcom may Decide to not
bring that ip to PS4. So basically new Ips will debut on Xbox and stay on Xbox. So I would be concerned. I want to play the best games and you
know microsoft is constantly checking with developers on what they are doing next and developers know this. They know they can get microsoft
to help them with their new Ip financially. Insomniac comes to mind, I actually like insomnaics work now they are making games for Xbox.
And that gets me excited to see what they are going to do. If what insomniac got cooking is something truly special you can bet microsoft will
snatch it up.

understandable but Gears does nothing for me honestly. I hate Unreal testosterone heavy looking characters. Not into racers so Forza is out(Don't like GT either) and any game that is just going to capitalize on gratuitous violence simply for the sake of it ala God of War. I like Artsy, story driven, compelling games. If MS has something in that vein in development then I will pay attention. Whether that will be enough to out strip what I know I'll like in the Sony camp has yet to be determined.
Relying purely on 3rd Parties was always a bad idea. Nintendo learned that early on, Sony figured it out just this gen, hope MS was paying attention. You can't trust anything about a 3rd party made exclusive anymore. Not only do many of them stand a chance of becoming Multiplat but you also have no control if and when the next entry in the game arrives. Epic can simply not make another gears as opposed to MS having complete control over if and when the next Halo comes etc.

Once again you have to look at new Ips. Then again the games you like might not be the ones microsoft goes after but many gamers like the games
you dont like and for those gamers, you have to take a look at what microsoft is doing with these developers.
Epic will make another gears of war because it is more money for them, and besides I believe the president of epic mark rein has already said
to not make another gears of war game would be basically financially stupid. He didnt use those exact words but you get what I am saying.
The Game is coming hopefully on Unreal Engine 4. Gears of war is my currently my favorite franchise and my vote for Overal game of this generation.
