I find it hysterical that fanboys think the "white engine" is impossible to port to the 360.
Quake was ported to almost every platform known to man, despite the game and engine originally being tailored for the PC. Psyconauts was designed for the Xbox and PC, yet it was ported to the PS2 - a vastly less powerful system. Even Super Mario Bros. was ported to an NEC computer, despite that computer being less powerful than an NES.
There is nothing about the white engine or Cell that precludes FF13 from being ported to another console, even the Wii.
