A new era for VGChartz, let's cheer up and look ahead

Of course you all know that at times it's hard for me to control my intense emotions and sensitivity, and that's something that VGChartz has been a big part in helping me get together.

My next big step is to go beyond self-control, and that's actually lightening up. I know it's going to be a huge direction of the site in the next few months and, God willing, years. I want to take the opportunity to throw you guys a challenge.

• As it becomes fairer game to jab at each other and take jabs and get less offended, I'd like to challenge those who have a tendency to say hurtful things or things that could be offensive and try to say them in a way that will make the other person chuckle instead.

• I'd also encourage those who are like me to take a deep breath and learn to laugh at each other, and take some hits in the name of good fun and getting along.

• If someone is feeling offended, let's learn to just let that person be without badgering them.
