Well the guy owning it has had it for a while (possibly a while before MS decided on the name for the console) so do MS have a right to just take it away? Isnt this what dodgy corporate bullying is? Even if the guy made a good guess as to the XBO's name beforehand, so what? Its not illegal what he has done and he is not trolling the console. I reckon MS should buy him out - they have the money and I am sure it will be cheaper than litigation.
