Am I the only one who remembers you are allowed to wait, instead of buying day one? I still don't understand people who bought the ps3 at £400/$600 and then complained about it.

Actually, those people were lucky. They're the only ones who own a backwards compatible Ps3.

I waited a year and a half before buying my PS3 and it's still backwards compatible (and $150 less too).
