Not really...sometimes he has something positive to say or at the very least doesn't go full on.

Reading up on him, hes essentially a dinasour that worked in the gaming industry 7 years ago as a PR guy and has been sitting on the press side since. So I always laugh when he says...I worked in the industry so I know how it should be done... Yeah you promoted FEAR when in came out in 2005, Miyamoto should talk to you about what Nintendo should do next.

Just because he doesn't do that side of things anymore does not make his input invalid.

The fact that he worked in the business and took part in some big name games suggest he's not as unimportant as some might think.

With that said, his points are incredibly accurate 9 times out of 10.

When he says that everyone should be reading from the same page when talking to the media.

That seems to be logic 101
