@danasider. You make good points. I would make a precision, I don't think that MS did a bad show, but I think that they didn't make it absolutely clear before and during the show who they were talking to. It was pretty evident that gamers were put in last place in the conference, given COD being shown at the end. However, this might very well be what they want, to even out the living room. The only issue is, like you said perception is key, so I don't think they properly handled the perception of going in that direction.
