I think we need to remember that MS said 15 exclusives within one year of X1 release..so we really don't know what exclusives will be available at launch..and I believe a what Sony showed at their reveal were moslty are going to be available at launch which is; Killzone, Infamous, Knack, Driveclub(correct me if I'm wrong) and I belive so far only Forza 5 will be available from the X1 reveal(again correct me if I'm wrong..and that will likely change at E3)
and I think it's a safe bet that not all 15 exclusives will be "AAA" quality; some will obviously be for Kniect and quite possibly an indie game or two
