What can Sony do to compete with Xbox One on the non-gaming features side?

nope i dont got a smart phone i have a black berry to use only bbm i dont need more that 1 device doing the same its a waste of time!

You're in luck buddy Xbox One games also. 15 exclusives and tons of big publishers backing it out. I'm still not sure if it plays games...

15 exclusives isn't that much. PS4 already had 28 indie devs working on PS4 games in february. Imagine the number now ^^
