probably a code pressed on the disc.. or they could put it in a pc bluray drive and pc software will read it out MS will probably give those away when you are a partner to the program..

Like every freakin PC game you buy at the store, it will come with a code, printed on the manual or on a card in the box, there is no need to press a code on a disc or encode it somehow.

But that system wouldn't work anymore with this new system.. How would gamestop know the code if its on a card? How would they know the game code on the card is connected to that particular disc?

otherwise i could screw my friend by trading in all my games with their codes..  letting me keep my games in my account and have money to spend on new games
