I would seriously hope something like this never goes into effect.
It would be bullshit to be penalized for renting a movie and sitting down to watch it as a family.
Me and my fiance? Fine. My daughter walks in the room to watch it too, I get charged again.
Thank goodness for piracy. They can shove this shit up their asses.
