Like Somini said, they didn't say worldwide, they said "Later this year, around the world".

I'm not trying any harder than you are. 

Okay, it might not launch in North Korea and Afghanistan at the very first day, but Europe, NA and Japan will get their fair part of console at the end of this year. No doubt about it.
