I'm guessing Sony. They seem a little further ahead of MS in terms of game development. They actually had a live demo of a game AND their recording/sharing abilities. And that was a full two months before MS's reveal. So, Sony will probably release in Oct/Sept and XBO will release in late Sept/Dec.
