Blimey, another gaming journalist that doesn't have a clue what he's talking about. There's more to porting games between consoles than the CPU alone. Architecture plays a more important role than the CPU alone. Nintendo have surprisingly been forward thinking with their choice of architecture, it's going to be a great deal easier for developers to port between the Wii U/PS4/One than it currently is to port between the Wii U/PS3/360 due to the floating point work on the current gen titles being done by the GPU.
