So apparently this guy is a Neogaf Hero or something leaking correct info and he always words his posts weirdly in order to avoid being caught. 

His post history has been right on. Smartglass functions required and Dead Rising 3 exclusive grab. He also hinted that EA would be employing always online via Microsoft.

Seems wise to pay attention to this guy.
