But what do you use 4 USB ports for?

One is constantly used as a charging port for my AA batteries(I have 4 controllers because of LAN parties :P) another one is constantly used for my external harddrive which has exactly all things media and my friends always saves their profiles on the usb flash drive which brings the total to 5  if 3 friends come over.

3(2) flash drives, 1 external HDD and 1 for charging = 4(5)

Well if everything is in the cloud, then maybe you can get their profiles from there?

Unless you can have one account be downloaded onto two consoles I don't think that would be as easy as it looks. To open a cloud profile right now takes a lot more time than having it on the flash drive.

They kept on vaguely going on about the cloud...

At the moment, you can sign in as any Xbox account on any Xbox as far as I know. Surely the next logical step is that it keeps the profile from your game in the cloud as well?

From my understanding you will have to log into your MS account and then let xbox download your profile to your xbox before the profile is on your Xbox this is exactly what is so annoying with having to remove 2 usb ports. Lets hope they put all those 300k servers and azure in good use, make live a Little bit better and more hassle-free in cases like these
