I'm not sure what this new policy means for consumers, but it sounds like we're being penalized for buying and selling used games. So I feel like my rights as a consumer are being infringed upon.

I know many developers and producers want to get rid of used games, but frankly it's not our job as consumers to protect their jobs, to safeguard their industry. If they cannot be profitable on their own in a world of used games, then it's their fault. Not ours. We shouldn't be punished because of poor business decisions.

Might be worth a read, it would seem in the EU at least they cannot block you selling your used games.  If anyone would interfere it's the European Union so we'll see just how much these do infringe on consumer rights soon enough .
