I can tell you right now that a lot of people are going to stick with the current Gen consoles for a while!
As of right now I am totally happy with my Wii U. The top brand games are coming on it. There are a ton of Indi games coming out on it. Plus I get all the first person games and Sonic. I personally do not need a PS4 or Xbox to be happy.
