if frined wants to install the game then they have to pay a fee.  so if the game is a new game then they pay full pirce if its not then its probably what ever retail price is

you may take it to your friends house, and not install it; but if you do so you would just watch the black box in front of you, and nothing more; because if the game is not installed, it can not be played.
