XBOX ONE requires a fee to play used games. And if the game is new the fee is $60!

I believe Sony already confirmed they are not interfering with the used gaming market and neither will Nintendo. This seems to be a corporate American problem. MS is getting extra content for playing nice though with EA. Sony will still get the games.
