XBOX ONE requires a fee to play used games. And if the game is new the fee is $60!

It's been confirmed. We're talking hard facts here, not rumors.

MS did say online wouldn't be required, so obviously this would be handled offline. There is some kind of system-wide DRM or maybe something on the disc itself that limits how many times it can be installed.
