This was a bad one. I heard a story on the radio about a teacher who latched all the desks in the classroom together and the kids hid under the desks. Saved them when the school was ripped to shreds!

The UK actually has the second most tornadoes per square mile in the entire world! One notable tornado was one we had in Birmingham in 2005
