Harrison has a history of saying stupid and incorrect things. But that doesn't matter -- even if fewer third parties developed for the Wii, those remaining third parties would see more profits. The Wii is becoming saturated in the hopes that it will continue its popularity.
What Harrison is trying to do here is not stem developers from going to the Wii. He's trying to mitigate loss on the PS3 side and is basically saying, "the grass only LOOKS greener over there..."
