The PS4 is going to do more for less. I am sure Sony worked out a deal with AMD for a cheaper wholesale price on the parts since they will be selling a lot of them. The Cell on the PS3 on paper was going to help it but in reality it hurt it price-wise coupled with the Blu Ray and it didnt help developers whom were third party. Sonys first party understood it just fine, but it hurt the multiplats so this time around it was designed to not let that happen and still deliver very powerful games.
