this was on the british news earlier. Pretty sad really.
The thing i dont understand though is why someone would voluntarily live and stay in an area nicknamed tornado valley. I remember the disaster from the late 90's. Would just seem like common sense to not stay in an area like that. Or is out of the residents control just to skip states and various areas?
