They have been a royal pain in the ass for the good part of 6+ years now. Their arrogance and lack of manners makes the Russians look like saints, and their happiness to cheat is topped by no other country, Frankly some countries should just be banned from gaming.

Some countries are worse. Just go to a DOTA forum and drop the word "Russian". I think it is simply the countries culture, and the type of people who can afford to play games in them eg. rich (compared to rest of nation) spoilt Brazilian brat, or utterly normal Swedish kid. One is loved, one is hated.
