That's a hard one. Tempted to say Final Fantasy XIII, even though everyone will hate me for it.

Tales of Vesperia, Fallout 3, Catherine, Skyrim, Call of Duty 4, Assassin's Creed II, Red Dead Redemption and Uncharted 2 are all runner-ups.
