The Wonderful 101, Luigi, Rayman, Watchdogs and Pikmin are all sure buys for me. Splinter Cell is a maybe and I'll pick up Revelations a bit later since I already have it for 3DS.
That's a great list of games there and those are only the ones we have dates for so far. Games to come like Wind Waker, Wii Fit, probably Mario Kart and Super Mario U... if Nintendo can couple these with a price drop soon then WiiU is going to be sitting pretty this holiday.
