The only official figures that Atlus released that I know of are for Persona 4 PS2.

The game sold 110k in its first 7 months (Dec 2008 release - July 2009 sales cutoff), where it will have sold its most amount of copies. VGC has Persona 4 at 340k in NA...

JRPG tracking here is pretty bad so you can assume all the sales figures for these games for outside of Japan are overtracked.

Well VGChartz adjusted P4G down nearly 90k after the holiday's so i'm going to say its pretty accurate.
