| Dahum said: i'm 168 cm and weight 65 kg.. i started going to the gym a couple of months ago for 3-5 days a week lifting weights and doing a 30 minutes of jogging and some sit ups and push ups there and there. i'm planning on reaching 70 kg building muscles from training and protein shakes.
i'm actually hoping to be flexable doing gymnastics in the coming years since the olympics really inspired me to be one. |
i wish im more flexible too.... so many stuff you can do if you are flexible :P
