I don't see anything jaw dropping about the combat. its very basic and very simple with no variety . To me it look s exactly like Uncharted 3 combat which was far from jaw dropping. There games like TLOU with batter combat

It's not about combat. It's the variety and animation

What variety? What you have shown has been done before and oher games have had better vareity then TLOU. Even have many ways of approaching yoru destination has been done before, haveing multiple ways of tackling yoour opponents hav ebeen done before. Its not new and definelty not innovative as alot of people have been claiming. Its just liek any adeventure with some stealth elements. TLOU is like uncharted series where it specialies in everythign from different games but is master of none. Don't get me wrong i have played all of thir games. Its entertaining enough but not jaw dropping worthy as animation and graphics aren't everythign.

Ok then, enlighten me. What other games have such an intelligent  dynamic AI and animations like the ones i showed above? Variety comes from different encounters enemy AI will provide due to their dynamic intelligence

Easy, Halo games, fear games and even splinter cell ai was quite good. All the videos that i have seen for TLOU showed nothing extraordinary. The enemy behaved like you normally see in a typical adventure . you do know an AI knowing how to take cover to prevent damage and knowing how to follow you till they kill or being able to check the area where you created the noise , is not a very intelligent Ai right? Doing all that and being able to flush you out and being able to flank you in any direction and out smart you,, thats what you call a smart dynamic ai which i have only seen in games like halo , fear and splinter cell. Just to add a not i own all consoles and i don't really like halo games .As i mention having good animation is pointless if the rest of game feels just entertaining and hav ebeen done before.

Halo I don't know but I don't think you can have such a variety in melee and a lot of contextual animations in a FPS, but I may be wrong.

But Fear and Splinter Cell are as good or better then what we saw from TLoU so far regarding aforementioned elements? You for real :D:D:D? Well then we have nothing to discuss really...

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!
