She had an infection and was prescribed Amoxicillan. The boyfriend swapped the amoxicillian pills with abortion pills. She then took, thinking they were the prescribed antibiotics. She had no idea until she began bleeding out.

Aren't abortion pills just the Plan B pills? If so, they would have no effect after 3 days. If the guy is being tried for murder it would be ridiculously hard to prove the miscarriage is due to him giving her those pills.
