Ignoring the inevitable talent flight you'd see which is a big reason why a lot of these big buyouts don't happen in the first place, I don't think sport game fans are the type that want to play on, at least power wise, last gen hardware. If anything, I think EA would love nothing more than for all the 2K games to be contained to Nintendo consoles so they can for all intents and purposes completely dominate the sport game genre.
