Fatal Frame 4/Project Zero 2 Wii Edition.
Tilt controls instead of pointer controls, slow movement and turning, plenty of backtracking... and it somehow all works beautifully.

Also Kirby's Epic Yarn. The inability to die sounds like a terrible idea, but it only adds to the game's wonderfully relaxing vibe.
