Why exactly? As big as Call of Duty is, it makes up less than 9% of PS3 software sales, and a similar amount for 360. Even if every CoD buyer was unique (i.e. nobody bought more than one version of the game) you'd still have over 20 million PS3 owners who haven't bought a copy.
