Thats the point.....even if Vita does manage, it just means that Vitas 10 best is only as good as 1 3DS game.

oh damn! and Luigi mansion wont even be #1 for 3ds games! pokemon/MH4/LOZ will be ahead of it(LOZ is could do a whopping 3mil imo if released in all regions before dec 1st
