I'd prefer banning mcdonalds and soft drinks (lol they already tried that) because everyone is too fat and gets in my way. It's much more difficult avoiding a herd of fatties that make my insurance rates go up. They get heart attacks on the freeway and slow down traffic on my way to work.
Much more annoying than having a random smoker that I can walk around.
