It's weird how the money hasn't tricking down yet

Speak for yourself. 5 years ago I was about to lose my home. jobs were being slashed all around me insurance was sky high. Fast forward to today my home mortgage is half what it was with a 2% interest rate lowest that's been in decades. I purchased a new 2012 Chevy traverse for my wife I bought a new 3.8 premium version genesis coup( granted I had to trade in my corvette). My insurance is 40% of what it was my taxes are lower. I don't understand why people are complaining. Get over yourselves and look around us minus gas it's a lot better out there than the last 5 years. Hell the value of my home has doubled in 3 years. My bank account has never been larger. If you have not picked up two or three homes to rent out over the last few years you lost out. Easy money. People who complain are the ones who sit on the couch and want crap for free or they are avid fox news watchers.

I'm curious as to where you live for the interest rate to be so low. (and for your taxes to be lower as well as lower insurance costs, as mine are up)
