A GTA would sell great on Vita I think (the PSP ones did great) because it would be synonymous with the system and the first big title (if it was quality unlike COD). Everyone who bought a Vita would be getting it for GTA and more people would buy a Vita if it had a great GTA which doesn't rely on MP as much as COD.

Rumors on Neogaf speculate a GTAV spin off and GT6 Portable could be Sony's KO punch for later this year. This would be just what the doctor ordered if it does become a reality.
