This is correct.
That means that Sega is expecting to average the following:
Wii U - 316k
3DS - 490k
PS3 - 440k
Vita - 216k
PSP - 200k
X360 - 345k
PC - 516k
That could all change depending on how they plan to release the SKU's across the 3 major regions.
