Pretty sure the 1m was for every individual platform based on how that article is written. Also, the 1m may be just for this remaining year, not lifetime of each title.

1m was for WiiU yes and 1m for 3DS. I didn't say it wasn't o.O

And yes, the 1m will be for this current fiscal year (so until March 31st 2014)

By "every individual platform" I was referring to PS3 as well... however I think Kresnik has legit exact info.
