I DO NOT DOUBT THERE COULD IN EFFECT INCREASE. THE CLOCK RATE, BUT I DOUBT THIS VERY MUCH OF AN added INCREASE, of BOTH THE CPU AND THE GPU clock rate increase by that much, As the system would also need heat dissipation to Handle such an increase in clock rate which: AS AN EXAMPLE

BUT I DOUBT THEY COULD CLOCK RATE IT THAT CHIP THAT FAR WITH THE Heat sink that is in the current build:

as you can see . there is no heat pipes for passive heat dissipation so i doubt very much the clock rate could be increased to that high for extended times with the build that is there.

I made that quote before the link was fixed and saw the suggested speed increase.  I was expecting only a few hundred MHZ.
