Not trying to be that guy. I honestly never heard of them. Just Cause barely registers in my memory as well, and i tend to at least try to keep up with what's popular in the community at large.

Who even is their publisher?

Just Cause 2 is one of the best open world games of this gen. You should try it out if you haven't, preferably on PC so you can play online.
