I think you didn't understand... nobody cares about other games... this is Gran Turismo... PD already did Silverstone before too but this is a new version scanned last year... so a recent version.

So be excited because it will not be a out of proportion track that you saw in others gamers.

No matter what they do with it Silverstone is nowhere near being one of the more challenging real life tracks so its nothing to get too excited about.
