Actually, going by what little we know of the Wii U it's probably around 3-4 times more powerful than the 360 in terms of real-world performance.
As for the 'slow' RAM there isn't a single developer that's complained about it, exactly the opposite. Ancel from Ubisoft Montreal and one of the guys from Shin'En have both praised the RAM.
And, again, the difference in power isn't going to stop the Wii U from getting a SKU of all major multiplatform titles this gen if the console has a large enough installed userbase. You'll end up seeing Wii U games in 720p native, longer loading times, less AA, less impressive lighting and less impressive particle effects but the difference isn't going to be that big. Think PC Medium settings vs PC High or Very High settings.
Some of you guys really need to get the difference in power into perspective - the PS2 was considerably less powerful than the GameCube and Xbox but due to it being the market leader it ended up not only getting a SKU of multiplatform titles it was also the leadpplatform. If the Wii U sells well enough the third party support will be fine.
