There are 300+ employees at Turn 10 what one guy says on Twitter doesn't hold much weight unless its one of the eight main people behind the studio.  Pretty much all rumors point to it being revealed on the 21th.  At this point the revival of PGR is still a big rumor.  Everyone pretty much knows that Turn 10 has been working of Forza 5 since 2011 and they are well know for their 2 year development cycle for Forza games.

I'm not going to be disapointed one guy on Twitter dosen't outweight hundred of other sources that point to a Forza 5 tease on the 21st.
