Yes you do. Just like when someone is sacrificed during the battle, you get exclusive offerings for destroying cursed parts. A bigger bonus if you destroy them all. They are not depicted in the Pact info.

Destroying them also severly weakens/criples the Archfiend. I am currently fighting a slime. Destroyed all the legs(all 6 of them) and it started to move very slowly and I think it no longer had the ability to jump. Destroy the harpy's wings and I think she stops taking flight. Etc.
