Actually if you read the article, the PS4 version isn't an enhanced port of the PS3 version, but it's the opposite. Ubisoft made 1 engine for the game, and to make the game run on WiiU/360/PS3, they cut the number of cars, people, detail of graphics, etc.

So it's not really a port, it's a game designed to run for both consoles, but optimized for neither.

Anyway it is already confirmed the PS4 will have visual, AI, physics, etc improved over the PS360/Wii U versions... it will be one of the best version of the game.

Yup I agree, and still Watch Dogs will be one of the "not so great looking" PS4 games. It wasn't designed to optimize the PS4, it was designed to "work" on both generations of systems.

I'm just pointing out, it's not a port, but I dunno what you'd classify it as. A higher spec edition of the same game, maybe.
